Return, Refund & Payment Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with the services, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days provided that there is a legitimate reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day of the cancellation of services. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement unless necessary. 

Conditions for Returns

  • In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The Services were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Services were lacking during execution or did not provide the agreed upon measures to You in operational condition.
  • he Services were not the actual tools you purchased.
  • The Services were outdated or past the point of serviceability upon execution.
  • The Services were improperly marketed or missing components that were included in the contract.
  • The following Services cannot be returned:
  • The Services made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The Services which according to their nature or execution are not suitable to be returned, such as one time consultations, legal filings or any demarcation that prompts usages of 3rd party vendors.
  • The Services which are not suitable for return due to active execution progress or that have already yielded or generated results and are labelled as operational after execution.
  • The Services which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed or operationally merged with other online or active executable services.
  • The Services that were intentionally damaged, neglected or left without proper maintenance after execution.
  • The Services that are damaged by improper usage or negligence through security or other issues after execution / purchase.
  • The Services that are partially used or purchased for a trail run.
  • The Services that do not provide a relevant receipt, purchase order or any proof of transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Services that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Services may be refunded. Services on special events sale or special discounted clauses cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
